Your charter

A customized charter guides every learning experience initiative. The charter contains links to the pages in this Toolkit site and links to worksheets that are relevant to the learning experience you're creating.

Toolkit phases

The Toolkit is divided into several phases, which you can see on the left menu. They are deliberately not numbered, because not every phase applies to every learning experience.

Charter types

We use a few types of charters to organize related tasks. These types are as follows:

• Full: The full process, as used by the Education team, that fully applies our learning principles. This type is required for Pathways content.
• Flex: In this charter type, many features are optional, so that you can get just the guidance you need. This type is best for short courses that will support product releases.
• Fast: The shortest process, meant for the shortest and simplest learning experiences and those with tight deadlines, to make sure they meet our minimum standards.

In your Charter, you'll get links to worksheets in which you'll fill out the information described in these pages. Refer to these sample charters to get an idea of the possible scope of this process:
