Learning experience final checklist

When you have finished developing your learning experience, there's a final check for you to complete before you can submit it for LXD sign-off.

YOUR CHARTER

All charters: required

None of the requirements in this checklist should be new to you. If you have any questions related to this checklist and your initiative, or will require additional support to meet the requirements, contact your LXD as soon as possible.

ACTION

Complete the checklist document provided in the Drive folder for your initiative. Your LXD will review your copy of the checklist as part of the learning experience sign-off process.

Requirements for all learning experiences

If your learning experience does not meet these requirements, it cannot be published on Unity Learn:

  • The learning experience content is organized in the appropriate Unity Learn content script template(s).
  • The high level tutorial structure aligns with the guidance we have provided (you have not used an alternative structure without agreeing it with your LXD).
  • You have provided the required metadata for each unit of content within your learning experience, including the learner level.
  • You have applied the Unity Learn Style Guide when writing the learning experience content.
  • The tutorial copy has been proofread for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
  • The instructions and activities in the learning experience have been QA tested.
  • All assets meet the Asset Store standards.
  • All media meets our media requirements and is correctly referenced in the content script.

Compliance guidelines

Unity Learn restricts content that is explicit, is illegal, includes improper use of copyrighted materials, is not related to Real-time 3D, or is not considered in the service of learning Unity or Unity-adjacent products.

  • You have defined skills and learning objectives.
  • You have applied our principles for active learning consistently throughout the learning experience.
