This step is required if your practical activity requires assets.

Start building any assets for your practical activity as soon as possible. During the next phase (Outline), you will need a working prototype.

Prioritize functionality, naming (GameObjects, folders, and assets), and scripts to finalize as many details as possible. Your final art can come later.

Why work on your prototype now? Because the details of your practical activity will be essential to the curriculum outline, which is coming up soon.

Repurpose assets

You can simplify your production cycles by using assets that already exist. Search the Learn platform and the Unity Blog for sample games and demo apps that might fit your learning experience. Ask your learning experience designer (LXD) for help if you need it.
